REVAMPED LINKEDIN “RECOMMEDATION UI”, AIMED AT ENABLING A BETTER UX.

To begin with, I identified a feature that I felt needed improvement on the LinkedIn User Interface (Desktop mode). Improving the app User Interface (UI) as well as having the best User experience (UX) should be the collective aim of both the LinkedIn team and Users generally.

I would like to point out and request that an amendment should be made on the “Recommendation UI” of LinkedIn Users’ Profile page to enable a better user experience.

First Screen

Note: — The Edit icon is more befuddling than helpful as it’s more like a way of hiding the “Revise” and “Delete” Buttons on the second screen which should have been conspicuous.

The images above are screenshots of the existing “Recommendation UI”

The image below shows the revamped design I’m suggesting LinkedIn should adopt.

Note: — In the design below I got rid of the Edit icon and I also made the “Revise” and “Delete” Buttons available on the same screen rather than hiding it and making things difficult for users’ to navigate.

Collectively, Let’s make LinkedIn User friendly.
